Shipping & Delivery Policy

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the selected carrier. We also offer free same day curbside pick-up for customers in Michigan. All shipment include tracking and delivery confirmation.  If your package shows as delivered but you have not received it, please contact the carrier directly. Dazzle Me Down Boutique is not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by the shipping carrier. Shipping is not available for P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO addresses. If delivery is delayed for any reason we will let you know as soon as possible and will advise you of a revised estimated date for delivery. In most cases, the package will be delivered within the estimated time of arrival. However, the actual delivery date may be affected by flight arrangements, weather conditions and other external factors. The delivery time frame will be longer than usual for orders that included preorder or/and customized items. Please refer to the tracking information for the most accurate delivery date.
